Qualifications:
1. Barista & Crew :
- Vocational High School (SMK) graduates majoring in Hospitality or Food & Beverage are preferred. Candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field are also welcome to apply.
- Basic English communication skills, particularly for customer interaction, are preferred.
- Up to 1 year of experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Coffee Shop environments is preferred (including internship experience).
- Strong communication skills with hands-on experience in operating coffee machines; energetic, well-presented, and customer-friendly.
- Willing to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
2. Shift Supervisor :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Tourism, or a related field is preferred. Vocational High School (SMK) graduates, particularly in Hospitality or Food & Beverage, are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written, particularly for handling customer interactions and basic reporting.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Coffee Shop environments, with prior supervisory or team-leading exposure preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in store operations, including coffee machine handling, inventory management, and daily operations control.
- Target-driven with the ability to support sales performance and ensure service excellence.
- Willing to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
3. Store Manager :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred. Vocational High School (SMK) graduates with extensive relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, for handling customers, reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Coffee Shop environments, with prior supervisory or team-leading exposure preferred.
- Strong leadership capability with proven experience in managing teams, developing people, and driving performance.
- Solid understanding of store operations, including inventory control, cost management, scheduling, and operational excellence.
- Target-oriented with a strong track record in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Able to analyze store performance and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
- Willing to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
