**Recruitment, Assesment & Training (RAST) Staff
*Requirements :
– Min. Bachelor of Psychology Degree min. 2 year exp
– Have experience in manufacture industry will be a plus
– Have experience in training, psychological testing, and behavioral interview
– Able & understand end to end recruitment process, TNA, and recruitment tools (Wartegg, Pauli, DAP, CFIT, DISC, Papi, etc.)
– Integrity, hardworking, discipline and dilligent person
